‘No Heartbeat’

Complete illustration project consisting of a total of 14 double-page illustrations (book cover, endpapers, and interior illustrations) created for the Els Dols association, dedicated to helping people overcome the loss of loved ones, including those who were never born.

This story was produced through crowdfunding on the Verkami platform. Its promoter, Candy Guerrero Rodríguez, author of the text, aimed to make this silenced experience visible by using this book as physical material in the workshops her association holds in Barcelona, ​​​​in order to work with it on gestational duel and help families navigate this process.

The last image corresponds to an illustration created specifically to reward the first 30 helpers of this project.
